Master bedroom / En-suite
Patrick and the Villa Masters team converted our games room into a wonderful master bedroom and en-suite. Pat not only directed the building work, but took care of arranging the electrical, plumbing and tiling sub contractors. All building inspections were scheduled and timed to keep the job rolling. We are very happy with the finished product and would have Villa Masters back in the future.

Large bespoke extension
Pat took on a complicated bespoke build for us in Hillcrest. Modern in design, the large extension had to marry new with a one off 60’s architects folly.
They worked with difficult detailing, overcame a tough wet winter during the build, and were challenged with non standard materials on a tricky site.
We enjoyed Pats energy. Fast thinking and logical, he tackled the complicated build with passion and care. He is strong on good build principles and with a can-do team Villa Masters have built a beautiful dream extension for us. We are grateful every day for their skilled work and attention to detail. Rental upgrade
Renovating a rental ready for selling we needed a way to make a bland flat front face more appealing while being functional. Pat suggested a large pergola that opened up and outwards over a new deck. Trusting his experience and vision, it was quite simply perfect. He transformed the front of the property into a modern and inviting home and the new deck and pergola was a key presentation feature in selling. The team blitzed the front deck work and handled other tricky jobs with roof patching and and an old garage door replacement with ease.
With their speed and effectiveness I would class their work the best money we spent on the renovation.

Deck
Last year we wanted a deck built and Patrick was recommended to us. From the beginning Patrick was very professional. He has a tremendous knowledge of Council regulations and was able to work around the many hold-ups that the approval process can create. He worked very well with our architect and engineer.
Patrick organised deliveries of materials to coincide with the various stages of building so that the site was not constantly congested but the timber was there when required. His young apprentices kept the site swept and tidy and all the rubbish was removed.
We can’t say enough about the quality of the workmanship. Every aspect of the deck has been built to a very high standard. Everyone comments on the details that have been cleverly included.
Patrick and his team worked tirelessly through the heat, the rain and illness during November and December to get the job finished by Christmas. He was determined that we would enjoy the deck over the holiday period.
We would recommend Patrick for any building project.

Open plan renovation
This is the second time we have had Pat and Villa Masters in our home. This time walls were removed and beams installed to open plan our kitchen, dining and lounge. We also added about 12m2 of new footprint, new joinery all round and match to existing roofing. Once again the team worked really hard to complete the job as quickly as possible – not having a kitchen is a challenge! Pat ran the job and handled all communication with electrical, plumbing and council inspectors. We trust Pat and the team, we plan to have them back for our next renovation project in the future.
